Healthy living is more than just exercising and eating right. Healthy living is about maintaining a positive self-image and a healthy outlook. This article presents 45 ways to be healthier. The body needs water to function properly. Did you know over 60% of the body is made up of water? Water is essential to our body’s functions. It helps us remove waste and transport nutrients and oxygen. We lose water through bowel movements and urination, sweat, perspiration, and breathing. Researchers believe drinking more water can help you feel fuller, which will make you less likely to overeat.

The amount of water you need depends on many factors, including humidity, your physical activity and body size. In general, your body requires 2.7-3.7 milliliters of water each day. 2. If you need to travel a shorter distance, try walking rather than using public transport. Take the stairs instead of the lift. Join an aerobics class or a dance class. Fruits contain a lot of vitamins and minerals. Oranges are more beneficial to your health than Vitamin C. It is best to add minerals and vitamins into your diet daily, rather than taking pills. Fruits are good for my energy and I eat a variety every morning. These healthy fruits will make your taste buds sing: Bananas, Papayas, Kiwis, Strawberries and Blueberries.


Eat vegetables

Vegetables are rich in minerals and nutrients, including folate, manganese and vitamin K.These vegetables are vital to our diet and are an essential part of it.

Every day, I eat raw salads for lunch. I eat a variety vegetables. I prepare a tasty dinner with sweet potatoes and grains, along with potatoes. You can improve your immunity by eating a variety of fruits and veggies (see tip 9).

Choose different colored fruits and vegetables.

Consume fruits and vegetables of different colors. Foods and vegetables with different colors have different antioxidant levels. They eliminate free radicals which can damage our cells and cause inflammation. When we consume a wide range of vegetables and fruits, and create beneficial bacteria within our digestive tract, it forms a barrier between us and our environment. It also improves our immunity and our overall health.

Fruits and vegetables come in a variety of colors. These include white (bananas), yellow (mango, pineapple), orange (papaya, papaya), red (apple, strawberries, raspberries, tomatoes, watermelon), green (avocado kale, lettuce, cucumber) as well blue/purple (blackberries). The color wheel is complete.

Choose foods that have not been processed, such as whole grain bread or fresh fruit instead of canned fruit.

Choose whole grains over refined grains.

The intact grains of a plant contain all the essential elements. These are the natural kernels that have bran, endosperm, and germ. These layers allow grains to have a greater nutritional profile, including antioxidants, minerals, vitamins, and vitamins.
